Zusammenfassung

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Yorkshire is seeking a Band 6 Sister for the Neonatal Transitional Care unit. This Monday to Friday role offers leadership opportunities for an experienced neonatal nurse with at least five years' neonatal experience to support the team and drive high standards of care.

A strong focus on Quality Improvement (QI) is central to the post. You will lead on initiatives, collaborate with the MDT, and help develop modern, proactive service delivery

Qualifikationen

Post registration experience of working on a Neonatal Unit.
Post registration experience of working on a TCU.
Experience in a multicultural work place with a diverse client group.
Experience of working within an MDT and providing advocacy for colleagues and patients.
Experience of supporting junior colleagues.

Aufgaben

Support newly appointed band 4 team and help to develop their role.
Improve family experience.
Start working on changes to develop a modern service that is proactive and adaptive.
Build on existing SOP's and guidelines.
Support existing band 5 team and develop their roles.
Ensure that high quality standards are maintained in terms of IPC and clinical practice.
