Job summary

Leeds General Infirmary, Leeds, is recruiting a Band 7 Paediatric/Neonatal Physiotherapist to join our dedicated AHP team delivering high-quality developmental care for babies and families. The post will cover neonatal units across Leeds Teaching Hospitals, providing advanced neonatal physiotherapy assessment, family-centred care, and opportunities for leadership and service improvement.

It is based at Leeds General Infirmary with involvement across St James' University Hospital.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in paediatric physiotherapy.
• Broad experience within acute paediatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist neonatal physiotherapy within Family Integrated Care across Leeds Teaching Hospitals.
• Provide advanced neonatal physiotherapy assessment, advice and interventions for high-risk babies.
• Lead within the children’s physiotherapy teams and contribute to paediatric respiratory weekend/out-of-hours service.
