Job summary

Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Neonatal Matron to work within the Neonatal Service at Birmingham Women’s Hospital, coordinating with the Children’s Hospital site and other partners to support early discharge plans.

The post holder will liaise with safeguarding, community teams, and family support services, lead on ambulance transport when needed, act as a role model and drive improvement projects while developing professionally.
