Job summary

Change Grow Live in Nelson, Lancashire, is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to assess and engage with service users, ensuring they access the right intervention at the right time. The role involves screening, assessment, recovery planning and onward referral, supporting social reintegration and promoting recovery.

You will work across Pendle team, deliver group sessions, tailor workshops (anger management, sleep disorders, relationships) and collaborate with partners to meet needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with good IT skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage priorities.
• Strong team player with interpersonal skills and partnership approach.
• Commitment to information governance and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support service users from entry through recovery journey.
• Provide screening, assessment, recovery planning and referrals.
• Promote social reintegration and involvement of carers and community.
• Deliver structured group sessions and tailor workshops (anger, sleep, relationships).
• Coordinate with colleagues and external partners to meet needs.
