A leading housing provider is seeking a Neighbourhood Operations Manager for maternity cover. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensuring high-quality landlord services and support organizational goals. You will need strong leadership skills, a relevant housing qualification, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Role Title: Neighbourhood Operations Manager (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Salary: £49,389 - £61,736 per annum plus Car Allowance of £2,272 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)
Location: Maldon, Essex (agile working, offering flexibility between office, onsite and home)
Contract: Fixed term maternity cover for up to 12 months
Are you an experienced housing professional with a passion for delivering exceptional housing services? We’re recruiting a Neighbourhood Operations Manager in the Essex area to cover a period of maternity leave for up to 12 months.
What we’re looking for?
To succeed, you’ll need a relevant housing qualification (Level 3 or above) or equivalent experience, a solid understanding of landlord, leasehold, and tenant legislation, and strong communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with welfare benefits and knowledge of occasions that require liaison with Social Services (e.g., child protection, domestic abuse) are essential.
In addition, you’ll have access to an appropriate means of transport and the ability to undertake work outside of normal office hours to meet the needs of the business.
