Job summary

Sheffield City Council's Housing and Neighbourhood Service is hiring Neighbourhood Officers. The role focuses on frontline tenancy management, delivering excellent customer service, and working across teams to support vulnerable residents.

You will visit tenants, handle anti-social issues, advise on rehousing, and coordinate referrals while keeping clear records and managing your own workload.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Enjoy working with people; engage with residents.
• Excellent communication and literacy skills.
• Experience in housing management is beneficial but not essential.
