About the role

Pay Details: Grade 8, SCP 26 - 30, £36,124 - £39,513, £18.72 - £20.48 per hour

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, 5 days

Main Place of Work: Alps Depot, Wenvoe CF56AA

Temporary Reason: To cover maternity leave

You will lead a team in delivering services related to tenancy matters, including lettings, void management, enforcement, and support services. The role requires knowledge of relevant legislation, experience in Anti-Social Behaviour case management, and a proven track record of achieving targets. You should demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to lead continuous improvement and foster a positive team culture.

About you

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience leading high-performance teams
• At least two years' experience in the social housing sector, including housing management and/or community investment
• Experience working positively with tenants and the public
• Experience collaborating with partners for positive outcomes
• Experience managing change strategies
• Experience developing performance management frameworks in housing services
• Experience delivering neighbourhood-based improvement projects
• Knowledge of Housing Benefit and Supporting People Benefit
• Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures
• HNC in Housing or equivalent
• Experience with legal and court work
