Job description

Position Overview:

Responsible for developing and executing all sales activities with the NANL Peddle Team. Provides leadership, guidance, and coaching to the team to achieve maximum profitability and growth aligned with company vision and values.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Manage all key activities of the NANL Team to increase sales, gross profit, market share, and visibility.
  2. Communicate mandates and authorizations from suppliers to the NANL Team.
  3. Ensure timely completion of all supplier mandates and authorizations by the team.
  4. Set team strategy and vision to meet divisional objectives.
  5. Coordinate and prioritize sales activities for the NANL Team.
  6. Identify opportunities and coach team members to improve skills.
  7. Communicate business strategies effectively to the team.
  8. Foster a positive and engaging team culture.
  9. Study industry trends and data; communicate insights and business solutions.
  10. Conduct regular meetings with the team, including one-on-one and group sessions.
  11. Maintain Accounts Receivable within company guidelines.
  12. Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to ensure availability of Point of Sale materials for supplier programs.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, high achiever.
  • Ability to expand knowledge of brands and selling strategies.
  • Strong understanding of consumer and brand marketing.
  • Proven sales performance abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and be accountable.
  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • College degree or equivalent experience/training.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and registration.

Physical Demands and Environment:

  • Occasional physical exertion, including lifting objects up to 40 pounds.
  • Frequent standing or walking during work hours.
  • Requires mental concentration for complex tasks.
  • Travel and exposure to weather conditions during visits.
  • Potential risks associated with road travel and setting up displays.
