Job summary

Adecco are recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority for an experienced Housing Officer to join the Housing Landlord Services team in Ealing. This temporary, fully onsite role involves managing a patch of social housing properties, delivering customer-focused housing management and working closely with tenants, leaseholders and external agencies to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housing management services in social housing or public sector.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resident support.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated patch of social housing properties from enquiry to resolution.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused housing management service to tenants and residents.
• Conduct estate inspections, home visits and tenancy reviews.
• Support vulnerable residents and refer to appropriate services.
• Manage tenancy-related casework including sign-ups, terminations and breaches.
• Work with partners including community safety and social care teams.
