The post holder will lead and inspire a team of locality-based staff across various geographic locations. They will coordinate all-age services in community engagement, capacity building, community cohesion, diversionary and community safety activities, as well as local and national programmes such as Well Being, Early Intervention and Prevention, Community Led Support, Veteran Support, and Stronger Families. Additionally, the post holder will play a significant role in supporting Ward Members in their community leadership roles.
