As a Neighbourhood Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of excellent services to our customers and communities. Working closely with Neighbourhood Managers, customers, and local partners, you'll help ensure our communities remain well managed, safe and supportive for everyone who lives there.
No two days are the same. From neighbourhood inspections and tenancy visits to supporting customers and resolving anti-social behaviour issues, you'll play an important role in delivering positive outcomes for our communities.
This is a predominantly field-based role, giving you the opportunity to spend time within our neighbourhoods, build relationships with customers and partner agencies, and see first-hand the difference your work makes.

The successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment checks including verification of their Right to Work in the UK, a Basic DBS check and a DVLA licence check. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use are essential for this role.
