Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive NEC4 contracts experience and site supervision required.
• Knowledge of CDM and Health & Safety standards essential.
• Experience in regulated nuclear defence environments preferred.
• Strong safety and quality focus with documented site practices.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil the duties of NEC4 Supervisor with a focus on contract integrity.
• Inspect, test, and monitor works for quality and safety compliance.
• Identify, notify, and manage defects; maintain accurate site records.
• Review FAT/SAT testing and related documentation.
• Manage quality metrics, lessons learned, and performance reporting.
• Support stakeholder engagement and contractor coordination.
• Monitor contractor competence and permit compliance on site.
• Advise Project Manager on risks and project-related concerns.
