You will drive cost control, forecasting, change management and commercial risk, while supporting Project Managers and Directors to deliver on time, cost and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience managingCommercial Manager role on major infrastructure/construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage financial controls across multiple projects or programmes.
• Strong understanding of cost management, forecasting and change control.
• Experience supporting Project Managers with commercial strategy and contract compliance.
• Ability to present concise commercial information to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management of NEC4 contracts across projects.
• Administer mechanisms: Early Warnings, Compensation Events, change control, programme impacts.
• Provide commercial advice and challenge on contract risk and strategy.
• Maintain audit trails and robust financial controls across project portfolios.
• Produce timely monthly financial reports at portfolio level.
