Job summary

Waterman Group is seeking an experienced NEC Project Manager to lead the delivery of engineering and environmental projects across the UK from London, Redhill, Bristol and other regional hubs.

The role focuses on administering NEC PSC and ECC contracts, managing project delivery, and ensuring successful outcomes through all lifecycle stages with strong client and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience delivering infrastructure or engineering projects in the UK.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of NEC contracts.
• Experience acting as Project Manager under NEC PSC & ECC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Undertake NEC and other contract type Project Manager roles on infrastructure and engineering projects.
• Manage projects from inception through design, construction and close-out.
• Lead governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor performance against programme, budget and milestones.
• Facilitate collaboration between clients, contractors, designers and stakeholders.
