Our client, a management and engineering consultancy, is seeking experienced NEC Project Managers to join our growing team across the South East, South West, and Midlands. Whether you're looking for a permanent role or a contract opportunity, if you bring proven expertise in managing NEC3 or NEC4 contracts within engineering, defence, or construction environments — we want to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead, administer, and manage projects under NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts from inception to completion.
2. Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope, and budget.
3. Act as the key point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
4. Oversee commercial, risk, and change management in line with NEC principles.
5. Drive project governance, reporting, and compliance in line with organisational and client standards.
6. Demonstrable experience managing NEC3 or NEC4 contracts in engineering, defence, or construction projects.
7. Strong working knowledge of NEC contract suite and project lifecycle management.
8. Project Management qualification: APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or PMP.
9. NEC Project Manager Accreditation (or currently working towards).
10. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
11. SC/DV clearance or eligibility for security clearance (particularly for defence sector projects).
12. Experience working within public sector or MOD frameworks.
