Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as Commercial Manager or senior commercial role in client-side consultancy or public sector.
• Experience procuring, awarding and onboarding construction contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC forms of contract and related commercial processes.
• Strong governance, risk management and value-for-money principles.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication skills.

• Lead procurement and onboarding of new rail and highways contracts.
• Manage procurement strategy, tender prep, evaluation and mobilisation.
