Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a full-time NEC 4 Site Supervisor to support our Clerk of Works team in Hertfordshire. You will lead highway supervision, manage projects on site, ensure NEC 4 compliance, and report on contractor performance while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Based in Hertfordshire with flexible location options, the role requires driving to sites and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in highways projects, ideally with Section 278 and bridge experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and IT capable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee highways projects and engineering activities, ensuring NEC 4 standards.
• Undertake site inspections and monitor contractor performance and quality of works.
• Maintain accurate site records and report progress to the Project Manager and Client.
• Mentor and support team members on site.
