Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• A passion for Neapolitan Pizza and a genuine commitment to quality and consistency.
• The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure - and enjoy doing it.
• Experience as a Pizza Chef - Neapolitan is preferred but not essential.
• A team player who communicates well and stays calm on a busy service.

Responsibilities

• Stretching and shaping pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards.
• Operate the oven with confidence, precision, and real pride.
• Maintain station prep and deliver consistent quality throughout the shift.
• Follow Rudy's recipes, techniques, and meeting standards.
• Uphold food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Support the wider kitchen team and contribute to a great shift atmosphere.
