Rudy's in Stockton Heath is hiring a Pizzaiolo to craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas and own the oven during busy service. You will follow Rudy's standards, maintain prep, and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Passion for Neapolitan pizza and commitment to quality and consistency.
• Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure, and enjoy doing it.
• Experience as a Pizza Chef is preferred but not essential.
• Team player who communicates well and stays calm on a busy service.

Responsibilities

• Stretching and creating pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards.
• Working the oven with confidence, precision and pride.
• Maintaining station prep and delivering consistent quality across shift.
• Following Rudy's recipes, techniques and standards.
• Upholding food hygiene and safety at all times.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team and contributing to a great shift atmosphere.
