Job summary

Rudy's, part of Mission Mars, is hiring a Pizzaiolo to work in our Neapolitan kitchen in the UK. You’ll handle the oven, stretch dough, and craft pizzas to our standards, with a focus on speed and quality during busy services.

We offer £14.50 per hour, plus tips and a bi-weekly bonus. Full-time contract. Training and development opportunities are provided across our growing group of venues, with staff discounts and guest list perks as part of our package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• A passion for Neapolitan pizza and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Stretching & creating pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards.
• Managing the oven with precision and pride.
• Maintaining station prep and consistent quality during shifts.

• Upholding food hygiene and safety at all times.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team and contributing to a great shift atmosphere.
