Qualifications

- Experience as a pizza chef is preferred but not essential.
- Team player with good communication and calmness during busy services.
Responsibilities
- Stretching & creating pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards.
- Working the oven with confidence, precision and pride.
- Maintaining station prep and delivering consistent quality across shifts.
- Following Rudy's recipes, techniques and standards.
- Upholding food hygiene and health & safety at all times.
- Supporting the wider kitchen team and contributing to a great shift atmosphere.
