Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Alcester is recruiting an NDT Technician to support high-precision metal component manufacture for aerospace, defence and power sectors. The role covers DPI and visual inspections, ensuring equipment readiness and accurate test reporting.

You will read engineering drawings, adhere to quality standards, and work in a collaborative environment with on-time delivery as a priority. Day shift with on-site parking available.

Qualifications

• Experience in an NDT technical role.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering/product drawings.
• Familiarity with quality and manufacturing standards.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Good teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform DP I and Visual inspections per procedures.
• Maintain NDT equipment for operations.
• Conduct control checks and tests per procedures.
• Interpret and evaluate test results against standards.
• Generate work instructions.
• Manage workflow to meet production needs.
• Prepare and authorise product test reports.
• Ensure parts conform to customer specs.
• Follow business priorities to process parts on time.
