You will be responsible for leading our NDT team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You will lead the team to identify appropriate methods and carry out NDT inspection of both new and in-service components to meet all operational requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background, thorough knowledge of NDT processes (UT, PT, MP, ET, RT, CT, & AE), and an NDT Level 2 or 3 PCN or EN4179 accreditation. We seek a natural and experienced leader who can develop a cohesive team capable of performing under pressure. You should be a high-performing individual with a strong work ethic, able to focus under strict deadlines. Effective communication, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for teamwork are essential.
