Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Manufacturing Laboratory Technologist with NDT Level III certification to join the Advanced Blade Casting Facility in Rotherham. You will be the focal point for the technical control of NDT and special inspection processes, supporting a period of significant growth to meet rising OE and Services demand.

Qualifications

Current PCN/EN4179/ASNT.
NDT Level 3 certification in Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection or Digital Radiography.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Data driven approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the NDT community in support of Technical Control of NDT for ABCF in Rotherham.
Maintain Level 3 approvals in NDT methods relevant to the department.
Coordinate internal / external NDT audits in line with requirements.
Lead Nadcap special process audits and support other site audits.
Ensure compliance with company quality manuals and HS&E policies.
