TWI Ltd. seeks a Deputy Technical Manager for its Middlesbrough-based Inspection Qualification Services unit. Qualifications

• Minimum of two NDT Level 3 certifications in accordance with ISO 9712 (e.g. CSWIP or PCN).
• Strong technical knowledge of NDT and its application within regulated industries.
• Experience in nuclear, defence, or other high-integrity sectors.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

We recommend submitting your application for this role as soon as you can during the recruitment process, prior to the closing date.**Description of role:**TWI are seeking to appoint an experienced Deputy Technical Manager to support a newly established Inspection Qualification Services business unit based in Middlesbrough, UK.The role will support the Technical Manager in the delivery of the independent and impartial qualification of non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures, personnel and equipment in critical safety sectors, including nuclear and defence. All activities will be delivered in accordance with ISO 17020 requirements.The Deputy Technical Manager will act as a key technical authority within the team, providing Level 3 expertise, supporting technical decision-making, and ensuring the consistent application of inspection and qualification processes.
