Job summary

A leading defence and security provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Naval Combat Systems Engineer to support the development and integration of mission-critical combat systems. The role requires engaging with clients to ensure requirements are met and managing the full systems engineering lifecycle. Candidates should have a relevant Bachelor's degree and up to 4 years of engineering experience. Qualifications

• Up to 4 years’ experience in an engineering role.
• Practitioner-level experience in one or more Systems Engineering disciplines.
• Sound understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and clarify Combat System requirements directly with customers and end-users.
• Participate in and support Combat System design reviews, providing clear technical input.
• Validate Combat Systems against agreed operational requirements and performance criteria.
