You’ll work under mentors from the Emerging Talent team, applying academic knowledge to protect lives and national security.

Participants gain practical skills in stability analysis, hydrodynamics and teamwork, with training provided throughout and a potential path to our graduate programme.

Qualifications

• Final-year STEM degree in a relevant field.
• Eligibility for BPSS and Security Check clearance.
• UK national status may apply due to security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through placements and contribute to real engineering projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on stability, hydrodynamics and survivability.
• Apply academic knowledge to problems affecting safety and operations.
