Position Overview : They are looking for an experienced Dynamics NAV/BC Consultant to provide exceptional support and consulting services to their clients. In this remote role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful utilisation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC solutions to meet client needs.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of implemented solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilisation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications :

• Effective communication and client-facing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC certifications are a plus.
