This is a permanent role offering £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.

My client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is currently seeking a D365 BC Support Consultant to expand their Support team. They specialize in three verticals: fashion, furniture, and PubCo, and have their own product that integrates with Business Central. The role involves working closely with clients and the consultancy team to ensure support tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate logged incidents thoroughly: troubleshoot errors, identify issues, and implement resolutions within SLA.
  • Support multiple customers and systems (Business Central / Dynamics NAV).
  • Support third-party software within Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
  • Create scripted documentation for the knowledge base when resolving issues at the support level.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience with Dynamics NAV and/or D365 BC is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Dynamics NAV / D365 BC solutions.
  • Experience in software support is highly desirable.
  • ERP/Accounts experience is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of SQL and databases is preferable.
  • Experience with BI products such as JET is desirable.
  • Understanding of operating systems and databases used in deployment.
