Job summary

City of Glasgow College is seeking a Curriculum Head for Nautical Science & STEM on a fixed-term 12-month contract. The post is full-time (35 hours per week) with a salary of £59,850 per annum.

The successful candidate will lead and shape curriculum provision, drive teaching quality, and ensure alignment with the college’s strategic direction. A relevant degree and full teaching qualification are required, plus experience in curriculum development and staff deployment.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree and full teaching qualification.
• Experience managing curriculum delivery and staff.
• Evidence of creative and innovative learning approaches.
• Understanding of Marine Engineering and UK MCA qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage curriculum development for Nautical Science & STEM.
