Reval UK is a respected market leader in the assisted bathing industry, delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a Field Service & Installation Technician to join our team and help maintain the high standards our customers expect, with nationwide travel and installation work across the UK, including care homes.

Key duties include installation, servicing, fault-finding, and documentation, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence required.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair Reval UK’s products at customer sites across the UK, mainly in care homes.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Complete service reports and installation records accurately and on time.
• Comply with customer site procedures, including health and safety and safeguarding.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and warehouse areas in a safe condition.
• Represent Reval UK professionally, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
