Job summary

Ecowize is seeking a commercially minded and operationally strong National Logistics and Warehousing Manager to lead the national warehousing, inventory, logistics and order fulfilment function across in-house and outsourced sites.

You will partner with warehouse managers to ensure timely, accurate, safe and cost-effective receipt, storage, picking, packing and delivery of products, while driving national standards and continuous improvement in performance and service levels.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Ability to standardise processes across in-house and outsourced sites.
• Strong focus on cost control, service quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• National Warehouse Management by standardising and controlling warehouse operations across all sites.
• Inventory Management by safeguarding stock accuracy, availability, and value nationally.
• Logistics and Distribution by managing national transport, distribution and 3PL performance and cost.
• Customer Service and Order Fulfilment by ensuring accurate, complete and on-time delivery to customers.
• People Management by leading, developing and holding accountable the warehouse, logistics and customer care teams.
• Cost and Performance Management by managing budgets, costs and operational performance within targets.
• Compliance, Safety and Risk by ensuring legal, policy, safety and security compliance across all sites.
• Continuous Improvement by standardising best practice and delivering measurable operational and financial benefit.
