Oyster Recruitment Ltd is seeking a National Sales Manager to drive sales growth across England in the tail lift sector. The role is remote-based and consultative, focusing on sales strategy, business development and partner development with an established partner network.

You will manage channel partnerships, identify opportunities, and deliver targeted revenue improvements while collaborating with marketing and product teams to support partners. A competitive salary with bonus is offered.

Qualificações

• Proven direct sales experience in tail lift or closely related commercial vehicle environments.
• Experience managing sales activity through a channel or partner network.
• Strong business development, networking and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Commercially driven, consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across England.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage key channel partner relationships and implement sales plans to hit targets.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and support them in sales and margin targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share, revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales plans and strategies based on market opportunities and partner needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and sales initiatives.
• Provide product, sales and consultative support to channel partners.
• Assist partners with product knowledge, digital tools and sales techniques.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Travel extensively across England to meet customers and partners.
