Job summary

KEEP SAFE & SECURE LTD is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive national growth from the Leeds base. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and secure high-value contracts across the UK in security, cleaning, CCTV, concierge, and waking watch services.

You will manage the full sales cycle, nurture strategic partnerships, and work toward ambitious revenue targets with a 5% commission on gross profit and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• At least three years of business development or sales experience.
• Proven record of winning service contracts within security guarding, facilities management, commercial cleaning, fire safety, event security or remote CCTV solutions.
• Experience securing contracts with an annual value of approximately £500,000–£1 million or more.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and presentation skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage a national territory.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and secure new business opportunities nationwide.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across the commercial, industrial, construction, retail, logistics, healthcare, education and public sectors.
• Identify opportunities across our security, cleaning, CCTV, concierge and waking watch services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement through to contract award.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, presentations and commercial quotations.
• Work closely with our operational teams to ensure the successful mobilisation of new contracts.
• Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
