Job description

National Sales Manager - Neuromonitoring

Our client is rapidly expanding MedTech manufacturer business. They devise, develop and manufacture innovative products and services for Ortho/Spine and Neuromonitoring and have ambitious growth plans for the next few years.

As part of their new growth plans they are looking to appoint a National Sales Manager
You will be responsible for developing a high energy culture of performance, engaging and developing the team to grow their business across UK&I.

From bringing the strategic plan alive and engaging the team around this, to setting the team up for success to deliver the ambition, this role is focused on delivering through a high performing team.

From an experience perspective, it is essential that you have worked in a leadership role in the Spine/Neuro market, with demonstrable experience of attracting, building, engaging and developing a high performing team.

Alternatively, you could have strong Neuromonitoring related experience and be looking to move into a new leadership role for the first time.

With an energetic and inspiration leadership style and excellent communication skills, you'll have proven experience of engaging a team through a business transformation and delivering mindset shift change. You will be a team player with strong collaboration skills that can connect well with other functions to dovetail activities to deliver maximum impact.
