PIE Recruitment in Edinburgh is seeking a National Sales Manager for Fleet & Mobility. You will lead two Edinburgh-based BDEs, build your own pipeline and win new fleet customers across contract hire, fleet management and mobility services.

You’ll mentor the team, drive improved prospecting and sales processes, and support the adoption of modern outreach techniques and AI-enabled tools. This is a leadership role with growth potential.

£45,000 to £60,000 basic + bonus + company EV + healthcare
