Sigma Recruitment Ltd. is partnering with a British roofing products manufacturer to appoint a Home-Based Business Development Manager across the UK. You will develop a pipeline with warm leads and travel four days per week with a company car, driving growth in a niche refurbishment system with minimal direct competition.

Expect a dynamic, field-based role that combines strategic planning and progression as the business expands. You will work autonomously from home with regional travel.

Qualifications

• Construction or building products field sales experience.
• Roofing knowledge is an advantage.
• Proven technical sales experience from manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Hunt new business across the UK as the Business Development Manager.
• Four days a week in front of customers selling a refurbishment system.
• One day a week for planning at home; monthly strategy day at the South Wales factory with an overnight stay.
