Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a QHSE Compliance Training Manager to shape and deliver QHSE training standards across the UK. You will lead a national team of trainers, implement blended learning, and drive safety compliance across GXO's operations.

The role reports to senior leaders and involves extensive stakeholder engagement. You will work core hours Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 and travel nationwide to support GXO sites, delivering training and championing best practices to strengthen

Qualifications

• Qualified training professional with a recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, CTLLS or Level 4 Award in Education & Training.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certificates are desirable.
• Experience designing and delivering impactful training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver GXO's national QHSE training strategy across UK operations.
• Lead and support a team of QHSE trainers, driving consistent delivery and development.
• Design, implement and continuously improve engaging training programmes with digital/blended learning.
• Manage national training operations including planning, logistics and stakeholder management.
