Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver GXO's national QHSE training strategy aligned with UK legislation and best practice.
• Lead and support a team of QHSE trainers, ensuring consistent delivery and development.
• Design, implement and improve training programmes including blended learning and digital solutions.
• Manage national training operations, planning, logistics and stakeholder engagement.
