Job summary

Smiths News plc in Swindon is seeking a proactive Property & Lease Coordinator to support national property portfolio management. You will maintain records, process invoices, manage PO lifecycle and coordinate across teams to ensure timely actions and accurate reporting.

Role requires strong Excel skills, meticulous data handling, and experience with property/financial coordination. Hybrid role with substantial time at our Swindon head office and involvement in Go National initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in busy administration, property, facilities, finance or coordination.
• Strong Excel and systems skills with accuracy in data and records.
• Experience processing invoices, rents, and lease-related information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property records, lease information, dates and supporting documents.
• Process and reconcile property invoices including rents, rates and service charges.
• Raise, maintain and close purchase orders per financial controls.
• Monitor payments and resolve queries with Finance, suppliers and landlords.
• Coordinate property enquiries and track actions to completion.
• Support onboarding for new properties and Go National property mobilisation.
• Prepare property governance reports and management information.
