Job summary

EY Foundation is seeking a Programme Lead to oversee and deliver youth employability programmes across the UK. The role requires managing a diverse portfolio, coordinating with schools, partners and volunteers, and ensuring delivery aligns with strategic targets.

You will work within the Programmes Team, reporting to a Regional Programme Manager, and may travel to Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, London, or other areas as required.

Responsibilities

• Leading on all aspects of programme planning, management and delivery including recruiting, onboarding and training young people, employers and volunteers.
• Development and delivery of programme curriculum and content.
• Stakeholder management with local schools, colleges, authorities, employers and EY stakeholders.
• Evaluate impact of programmes and recommend improvements.
• Collect and analyse data and feedback from participants and volunteers.
• Staff management of secondees or other team members where relevant.
• Represent the Foundation at internal and external events, including evenings and breakfasts.
