Job summary

Winner Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist cleaning company for an Operational Industrial Cleaning Supervisor based in Liverpool, overseeing multi-site teams across the north of England and Scotland. This is a non-working supervisory role requiring travel to sites and ensuring KPI and SLA targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory/operations management, multi-site environment preferred.
• Strong people-management and leadership skills.
• Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or similar sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of cleaning teams across multiple UK sites.
• Travel nationwide to site visits, inspections and team meetings.
• Ensure all contractual KPIs, SLAs and service standards are met.
• Monitor work quality to meet client expectations and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
• Manage and support staff across sites with direction and feedback.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, conduct and performance.
• Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review site reports, photos and completion records.
• Ensure scheduled works are completed on time and rectify issues promptly.
• Serve as liaison between operational staff and senior management.
