Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to lead cleaning services across a national portfolio. The role is field-based with regular travel, combining on-site supervision with head office collaboration.

You will manage day-to-day operations, staff, and costs, ensuring service delivery meets contractual standards. The position offers hybrid working, a structured benefit package, and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cleaning services across multiple sites.
• Strong operational knowledge of cleaning standards and practices.
• Proven ability to develop cleaning teams and site staff.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with customers at different levels.
• Experience managing labour, materials and operational budgets.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational ownership of cleaning services across the national portfolio.
• Regularly visit customer sites to review standards and meet with stakeholders.
• Manage workforce, recruitment, induction, and attendance across sites.
• Oversee budgets, labour, materials and equipment expenditure.
• Ensure health & safety, quality and contractual compliance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
