Airbus Defence and Space Limited in the UK is seeking a Service Delivery Manager, UK - National Messaging, to join our Digital team based at Portsmouth or Stevenage with hybrid options.

You will be responsible for the reliability, availability and security of National Messaging services for about 5,000 users, work within ITIL processes, manage budgets and contribute to new product definitions with product teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT Service Management and operational activities, incl. service provider steering.
• Proven ability to collaborate in large-scale, multicultural environments.
• Service and customer experience oriented.
• Crisis/Major Incident Management expertise.
• Contract management experience for projects/programs.
• Strong expertise in Messaging and Directory Services (MS Exchange, AD).
• Knowledge of Office 365 is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Reliability, availability and security of National Messaging services in the UK with 5K users.
• ITIL-based incident, problem, change, configuration and event management with a user-centric approach.
• Ensure service agreements with providers are observed and concluded.
• Analyze KPIs and user feedback to propose improvements and increase customer satisfaction.
• Manage and report on the planned operating budget.
• Contribute to definition of new products and services with product teams.
