Job summary

Capital Project Manager role with our client, a nationwide leisure facilities group, delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK. You will lead projects from concept to completion, coordinate contractors, consultants and stakeholders, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure health and safety compliance in live environments.

The successful candidate will hold construction-related qualifications and have a track record in delivering leisure or public

Capital Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects?

Our client is looking for a Capital Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of capital projects across a nationwide portfolio of leisure facilities, sports centres, theatres and golf venues.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing projects from concept through to completion
• Leading contractors, consultants and key stakeholders
• Managing budgets, programmes and project risks
• Delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects within live operational environments
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, building regulations and relevant standards

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in construction project management
• Experience delivering refurbishment and/or fit-out projects
• Strong commercial, planning and stakeholder management skills
• A construction-related qualification is preferred
• CIOB, RICS, IOSH or SMSTS qualifications are desirable
