Job summary

YellowStone Environmental Solutions is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for nationwide work from Shaftesbury. This permanent, full-time role offers 48 hours plus overtime and a competitive salary with benefits.

As a YellowStone Driver you will collect and deliver hazardous and non-hazardous waste across the UK, complete daily checks, stay compliant with safety rules, and deliver excellent customer service, while planning routes and meeting tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ experience driving HGV Class 1 vehicles.
• Valid HGV (C) licence, CPC card, Digital Tachograph card.
• ADR licence is desired but not essential.
• Experience operating road tankers and vacuum tankers.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Confidence working in all weather conditions and in a physically demanding role.
• A commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles and vacuum tankers.
• Support loaders when the vehicle is stationary.
• Plan your routes and manage time-critical schedules.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Stay compliant with safety regulations and driving hours.
• Provide excellent customer service on every job.
