Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' management experience in QSR or fast-paced retail.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification at least.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead training, audits and compliance actions.
• Excellent planning, organisation and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Lead new store openings and provide training across the UK.
• Ensure franchise stores meet brand standards and procedures.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for openings.
• Maintain training matrices and monthly performance dashboards.
• Travel extensively to support field-based operations.
