Job summary

EDF Energy in Gloucester is seeking a Project Manager to lead refurbishment, maintenance and fit-out projects across a national property portfolio. You will manage budgets, schedules, risks and stakeholders while coordinating teams, contractors and consultants to deliver safe, compliant environments.

The role offers hybrid working with UK-wide travel to project sites, autonomy in delivery strategy, and a focus on continuous improvement to ensure projects are on time and within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• PM experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience delivering construction/facilities projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, procurement routes, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of refurbishment, maintenance, repair and fit-out projects across EDF's property portfolio.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, governance, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate internal specialists, contractors, consultants and suppliers to achieve project outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with statutory, regulatory, safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement and value for money across project delivery.
