EDF (UK) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end refurbishment, maintenance, and fit-out projects across its national office estate. The role offers hybrid working from anywhere in the UK with travel to project sites across the country as required.

You will manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. As a senior project professional, you will coordinate internal teams, contractors, and consultants,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction and facilities-related projects in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, procurement routes, and contract management.
• Highly developed stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of refurbishment, maintenance, repair, and fit-out projects across EDF's property portfolio.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, governance requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate internal specialists, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with statutory, regulatory, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, and value for money across project delivery.
