Job summary

Everyman Driving Experiences UK is seeking an experienced Event Team Manager to plan, recruit, deploy and performance-manage all event staff across nationwide venues.

You will lead the internal event support team, oversee logistics and scheduling, and ensure events are staffed efficiently, professionally and within budget. This role suits someone with events, hospitality or large-scale staffing experience and a drive to lead both permanent and freelance teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing event teams.
• Experience with large freelance workforces.
• Strong organisational and scheduling skills.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal event support team and oversee staffing.
• Recruit, onboard and retain freelance staff.
• Plan rosters, travel, accommodation and cover for events.
• Monitor KPIs and staffing costs; report weekly.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and payroll processes.
